Northwest String Summit

Good Times for All

What an adventure! We loaded up the Volvo, and I do mean loaded up, and headed to Horning's Hidout for this years Northwest String Summit Music Festival. Grace was able to spend the whole weekend with her friend Piper, while meeting many other cool kids. She fell in love with the hula hoop and the peacocks. Yes, the free roaming peacocks and baby peachicks made her weekend. Grace and Piper spent the first night dancing their little booties off. I thought Grace would crash so hard, boy was I wrong. She knew there was a festival going on and didn't want to miss a beat. Which ment, why sleep? Hope you enjoy the series of picture from the weekend hoopla!!

Family Fun At the Summit
Horning's is such a cool place to take children. Besides the amazing music all weekend, we took time for a paddle boat ride. Grace loved it. We had a giant water gun that we used to battle other paddle boat riders. I think Josh had the most fun with that. He really wanted to take down the landlovers with his super soaker.

The Darling's and Zurbano's
With the weekend fun coming to an end, Piper and Grace finally crashed and burned. They woke up long enough for us to get a nice group shot. This will be a festival long remembered for no sleep, peacocks, hula hoops, dancing, and dusty dirty good times.
