Berry Munchin in the Heat

Yukimasa and his parents were nice enough to invite us over to cool down on this record breaking hot weekend. yet, these little ones still wanted to make the adventure outside to check out the action at the grill.

However, when they saw the pint of blueberries on the table, nothing was more important at that moment. Yuki was very nice when it came to sharing his toys with Miss Grace. Once we went back inside to cool down, the rest of the evening was spent hugging, kissing, dancing, and spinning the night away. Is this a glance into the future?

Grace has been waiting for months to see her new friend Dino. She greeted her Paw Paw Blundy with big smiles and hugs, but it didn't take her long to sit down, look up at him and his suitcase and say, "Dino?" She was ready to ride.

Paw Paw Blundy enjoys a break with Daddy and Grace at the top of the Horsetail Falls trail. This is the only big outdoor adventure we had with Grandpa Terry because we kept him so busy with child care and entertaining Grace.

Grace had a blast spending the day hiking and playing w/ mommy, daddy, and her Paw Paw. She can't seem to get enough of the water. After a long hike and a big lunch, throwing rocks into the water made a real splash.

Camping with a teething and over excited Grace, turned out to be a big challange. She loves the tent and thinks it is for playtime, not sleeping. Something this camping family will have to work on. This moment of relaxation was well needed.
